Day 1: Olive Grove Guest House

Upon your arrival at Hosea Kutako (Windhoek) International Airport you will be met by a member of the &Beyond team who will drive you to the exceptional Olive Grove Guest House. Day 2 & 3: Okonjima

Wake up to a sensational breakfast before you climb into your car for a 3-hour, scenic drive to Okonjima. Spend two nights at Okonjima in the Bush Suite. Your stay includes all meals and scheduled activities.

Day 4 & 5: Onguma Tented Camp

Tuck into a wholesome breakfast and head off on a 3 to 4 hour self drive adventure to the beautiful Onguma Tented Camp. Spend two nights at Onguma Tented Camp in a twin bedded tent. Your stay includes breakfast and dinner. Optional adventures include morning and afternoon game drives into Etosha National Park.

Day 6: Ongava Lodge

Today you’ll drive through breathtaking wilderness of Etosha to Ongava Lodge. Your travelling time will depend on how long you choose to view the exceptional wildlife you may encounter on your route. Spend one night at Ongava Lodge in a chalet with ensuite bathroom. Your stay includes all meals, all local branded drinks and scheduled activities. Enjoy game drives that explore the Okaukuelo area of Etosha, keeping an eye out for lion, elephant, gemsbok, springbok, red hartebeest and both white and black rhino. Enjoy the freedom of night drives and bush walks in Ongava, where you can track wildlife on foot in the company of experienced guides

Day 7 & 8: Mowani Mountain Camp

After a delectable breakfast hop back into your car for the approximately 5-hour journey to Damaraland – Mowani Mountain Camp. Spend two nights at Mowani Mountain Camp in a twin bedded luxury East Africa-style superior safari tent. Your stay includes meals, a guided walk and two scheduled activities. Set off into the dunes in search of the elusive desert elephant or choose to explore the area surrounding the camp on foot, getting an intimate glimpse into the vegetation, insects and birds of this rugged area. Ask your guide to take you to see an ancient welwitschia plant, which may live up to a hundred years, or simply relax and enjoy.

Day 9 & 10: Swakopmund

After a delectable breakfast hop back into your car for the approximately 6-hour journey to the seaside town of Swakopmund. This charming coastal town on the Namibia’s western coast retains a strong German character, from it’s cobbled streets and beautiful buildings to it’s typical german restaurants and pubs. This town is traditionally a holiday spot for locals and foreigners alike. Restaurants in town are renowned for local brewed beer, fresh fish, lobster and delicious Swakopmund oysters. Spend two nights in Swakopmund, staying at your choice of value or luxury options.

Day 11

After breakfast you will leave Swakopmund to travel approximately five to six hours to the Sossusvlei area, passing through some of Namibia’s most iconic and dramatic landscapes on route. One of the highlights of any trip to Namibia is a visit to Sossusvlei, in the heart of the enormous Namib-Naukluft Park, Easily accessible to visitors, Sossusvlei is a clay pan, only rarely filled with water. Visitors will be left spellbound by the magnificent ochre-coloured sand dunes, which rise over 300m into the sky, the highest sand dunes in the world. Spend two nights in Sossusvlei area, in your choice of value or luxury options.

Day 12 & 13

Adventure include scenic drives with an opportunity to encounter a variety of desert-adapted animals such as gemsbok, zebra, springbok, bat-eared fox, aardwold, caracal and jackal. Guided walks, visit ancient Bushman paintings, while a variety of hiking trails are available and quad bike adventures in the dunes set the pulse racing.
